Pet parents get value from PetPocketbook as well, from online payments to easy appointment requests and report cards. When they choose to pay through our platform, they pay a small 5% service fee.

Need flexibility? You can customize the fee pet parents pay by choosing to cover part or all of it yourself.

In our experience, most don't. Pet parents are already familiar with service fees for things like food delivery, ticketing, and online booking. When it's communicated clearly, it quickly becomes part of the overall cost of care.
Your clients don't have to pay through PetPocketbook (unless you choose to require it).
We require businesses to offer online payments through PetPocketbook as an option, but you're free to accept cash, checks, or any other payment methods you choose. Payments made outside of PetPocketbook are not subject to our 5% service fee.
You can still record offline payments in PetPocketbook to keep your invoices, payment history, and client records accurate and up to date.
